Infinity Danger

Infinity Danger, from Milkstone Studios, is now out for XBox Live Indie Games. According to Milkstone, the game is:

…our love letter to bullet hell shooters in general and Warning Forever in particular.

This looks quite good, and while it’s tough to improve upon a classic like Warning Forever, the change in controls might be the place to start. Graphics are updated, they look good, though this is a matter of taste and style. Seems to have evolving enemies like it’s inspiration. For about $1 I don’t see why anyone with an XBox 360 wouldn’t jump right on this and start downloading.

Me too… seems to be a/the hotbed of indie shmups for now. I just hope they don’t all use the analog stick for movement. Good for arena shmups, creating artificial lag for others. That’s a rant for another day.

This looks great but it is kind of an odd feeling knowing that it is a clone game.
That is just my first impression. It looks very nice.

Warning Forever is amazing! I have a hard time giving someone else credit (money) for not being original at all. I don’t see ANY difference other than the graphics, it’s cool, but kinda sickening at the same time.

If they made some kind of noticeable change to the mechanics, it would be fine, but even the shapes are almost identical!
