Cacodemon’s Barbecue Party in Hell
Cacodemon’s Barbecue Party in Hell is Petri Purho’s fourth game in his Monthly Experimental Game series. In fact, this particular game was made over a 4-day period, in 23 1/2 hours total. And it’s a lot of fun. Simply use your mouse to control Cacodemon. Spin the cats to get all their fur off, then bounce them onto the grill. Mmmm… fresh Hello Kitty!

This time I’ll thank you on spot for the blog post (and read what I write, before pressing the submit -button). So thank you.
I’m glad that you liked the game. I was a bit worried that the spinning was too difficult control scheme to crasp, but appareantly I worried for nothing.

Well, to be honest it really should be a “thanks” to you, for some interesting games (and more to come!)
I really like the idea of your “game a month”, and the artificial deadline that it enforces. I’m toying with applying that idea to myself, and doing some sort of shmup a month next year.

Well I hope you really start doing a shmup every month. I’d love to see more developers getting into the rapid game prototyping and sharing their experiences. So I hope to see your new shmup in January. And few weeks after that a postmortem about your experiences…
